Brand & Sponsorship Specialist (Papara SuperMassive)

We are looking for a Brand & Sponsorship Specialist (Papara SuperMassive) who will be a part of our esports team. Papara SuperMassive is one of the leading esports teams in Turkey.

The team's goal is to achieve success not only in Turkey but also in the international arena by developing over time. Operating under the vision of the "Dream Team" since its inception, SuperMassive has been actively involved in various gaming disciplines. Currently, the club competes in League of Legends, VALORANT, and NBA 2K. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that constantly develops and renews itself.

Job Description

• To participate in securing new brand deals and manage relationships with contracted brands to strengthen collaborations.
• Create content ideas specific to brands and prepare tailored presentations for brands. Manage advertising and public relations efforts, develop communication strategies to enhance brand image.
• Participate in event and sponsorship negotiations, ensure Papara SuperMassive's participation in events.
• Ensure collaboration by working harmoniously with other departments within Papara SuperMassive during sponsorship processes.
• Prepare requirements for sponsored or sponsored events and oversee the process from start to finish.
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports.

Qualifications

• University graduate degree,
• Knowledgeable in the field of esports or willing to learn,
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills,
• Solution oriented,
• Having a career goal, eager to learn and develop,
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prone to teamwork.
