Job Purpose:

This position supports day-to-day management and oversight of our enterprise brand strategy and corporate brand marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand strategy

  • Manage the ongoing development and refinement of the unified brand strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, audiences, and values.
  • Serve as day-to-day brand governance lead, partnering with stakeholders as necessary.
  • Manage application of brand architecture and nomenclature strategy application for new products and offerings.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to articulate, demonstrate, and reinforce the power of brand and the role it plays within the organization.
  • Leverage customer insights to further refine how we bring our brand principles and attributes to life.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to live into the distinct attributes of our unified brand across markets.
  • Partner with key stakeholders from across the organization to drive tactical content strategy application deeper into the organization.
  • Manage and refine the corporate content strategy based on customer insights to ensure ongoing relevancy in partnership with strategy leaders from across the organization.

Brand marketing planning and execution

  • Partner with media and creative strategy leads to oversee tactical development and execution of brand marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-functional team members.
  • In partnership, develop campaign OKRs and manage the measurement plan.
  • Support the management of campaign results reporting and corresponding business implications, across the enterprise.

Brand integration across touchpoints

  • Partner with creative and marketing teams from across the organization to educate and ensure alignment and cohesion of brand messages and content strategy across customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with internal teams to embed the new brand identity into day-to-day operations and customer experiences.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement brand experiences.
  • Own item selection associated with our corporate brand store. Partner with business areas and integrated marketing teams to identify specialty items when needed.

Market research and analysis

  • Collaborate with customer research and experience teams, to drive brand measurement across the brand and marketing funnel.
  • Support the communication of brand measurement findings across the enterprise in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
  • Use insights gathered to refine marketing strategies and ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as product development, sales, internal communications, and customer service to integrate the brand strategy seamlessly into all aspects of the business.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure a consistent and unified brand voice, look, and feel.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience within brand strategy and/or brand marketing.
  • Prior experience managing brand marketing advertising campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging brand measurement to build and finesse brand experiences to drive business results.
  • B2B2C business model experience preferred.
  • Experience collaborating in a cross-functional, matrixed environment to define and optimize marketing programs preferred.
  • Foster collaboration and is a clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
  • Ability to Influence peers and exercise upward influence to bring momentum to new initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented; ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Demonstrated success with problem-solving and innovation.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to sharpen brand storytelling to drive impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Brand Strategy and Brand Marketing experience
  • Experience within a highly regulated industry

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$98,200.00 - $147,400.00
