WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
The Brand Supervisor will conduct insightful analytical assessments with a higher-level focus. They should have meaningful input on client input briefs and business plans with a strong grasp on agency philosophy and can leverage it to sell and defend work. The ideal person will understand the impact of new marketing and media trends on what we do.
CORE ATTRIBUTES + TASKS
- Able to establish trusted partnership with the core team
- Understands staffing and resource requirements
- Manages Brand Executives and supports any Management Supervisors and/or Brand Directors
- Is able to manage client expectations and knows as much about client’s business as they do
- Remains cool and come under pressure
- Day-to-day go-to person for creative teams
- Collaborates with planning to write/sell campaign briefs and POVs
- Capable of judging work as strategically on/off
- Contributes to making strong work through informed debate with client + team
- Ensures comms plans are effectively amplifying ideas
- Viewed by creative team as someone who has good instincts
- Structures and prepares well written POVs, decks and presentations
- Strong presenter in command of the materials
- Takes lead on cross functional meetings to drive discussion, decisions and next steps
- Understands basics of agency profitability and staffing issues
- Manages campaigns within timelines and budgets
- Understands opportunities to grow client business
QUALIFICATIONS:
All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days, Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
