Job Description

Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces in 2023.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

Ready to join us?

We’re looking for a current student to join our Hudl Brand team as a Video Content Brand Intern. Our customers are our biggest asset, and they champion our products out in the real-world every day. We’re here to bring their stories to life.

Are you passionate about video content, motion graphics and keeping up with the latest trends on social media and video storytelling? Great. You’ll be responsible for the creation of video content to be used across our Hudl blog, social media, as part of our Hudl events and advertisements.

This role will start in the Fall 2023 and will be open to college students based in Lincoln or Omaha, NE. Students during the school year typically work approximately 15-20 hours / week.

You Are
  • Creative. New content ideas and strategies are constantly twirling in your mind.
  • Experienced with editing and graphics software. Be ready to jump into the Adobe Creative Suite and show us what you’re made of.
  • Dedicated to video content creation and distribution. You follow sports media outlets and other content creators to get inspiration.
  • Adaptable. Our Brand team is agile and efficient - be ready to wear a number of hats.
  • A storyteller. This role requires someone that is ready to make a big impact by helping engage customers and prospects with our product.
  • Great at time management. You create to-do lists, deliver projects on deadline and regularly communicate your progress to your team.
You Will
  • Shoot and edit video content. You’ll be fully hands-on in the content creation, post-production process, and editing content for distribution to Hudl prospects across multiple channels.
  • Craft Stories. You’ll spend time with our marketing brand team to help showcase tell the stories of our brand and of our product.
  • Collaborate with producers and creative leads. Be ready to push yourself and our content to the limits by constantly thinking of new ways to present amateur sports video.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment. We like to move fast and constantly improve our processes.
We Will
  • Ask you to make an impact. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
  • Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.
