Our Ways of Working
We’re a remote-first company with team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees so people can get the work done in the way that suits them best. With rare exception, our employees generally work 9-5 in their home time zone.Â
We also know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to build community and collaboration, we gather in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These offsites are expected of employees and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually.
What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for a Branded Content Production Assistant to join the rapidly growing branded content team. In this role, you’ll be a part of all things content production across channels and platforms, from the Babylist registry feed and site content to social and email in order to support Babylist’s content studio, the Push, and brand partners (like Nike, AfterPay and Pampers). This role reports to the Sr. Branded Content Editor and is full-time.

- You are skilled at balancing multiple priorities and requests and always meet deadlines
- You take pride in your work, follow through to completion and care about delivering high levels of quality
- You are able to work independently with minimal supervision, but know when to ask questions
- You have a growth mindset and are excited to learn new skills
- You work quickly, are highly detail-oriented and adept to problem solving
- You work effectively with cross-functional team members
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, comfortable working in content management systems (Contentful, Wordpress or others)
- Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
- Experience with Asana, Figma and social media posting tools a plus
- It’s a plus if you have an interest or experience in social media, particularly TikTok, as well as a desire to help new families in their journey
.How You Will Make an Impact
- Update the Babylist registry feed with externally curated products and content
- Enter new sponsored articles and guides in the CMS
- Create and update sponsored Babylist Shop product description pages with new copy and metadata in CMS
- Post branded content to social media, including Facebook and Instagram
- Assist in email production work
- Work with cross-functional team members, including branded content editors, site merchandisers and ad ops and account managers
