Brand/Social Media Strategist

Job Responsibilities: 

• Creative Campaign Development:
  • Dream up and develop creative branding campaigns
  • Work closely with our creative team to tell compelling brand stories
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors to keep our ideas fresh and relevant
• Social Media Management:
  • Craft and implement social media strategies to boost our brand's presence and engagement
  • Plan, schedule, and post content that resonates with our audience
  • Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and tweak strategies for the best results
• Project Management:
  • Coordinate seamlessly with our video production and design teams to bring campaigns and content to life
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between team members and stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work alongside various teams to integrate our branding efforts with larger marketing initiatives
  • Present ideas and updates to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and making improvements
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Basic knowledge of creative storyboarding, mood board collections and campaign execution
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results
