Job Description

• To manage all functions and all assets associated with the production of quality hatching eggs at the lowest possible costs for the Arkansas Breeder Complex
• Manage Breeder production issues.
• Oversee execution of plan for placements; vaccinations; bird movements; pertinent paperwork and other duties associated with breeder production.
• Meetings with staff and farm managers and farm owners
• Meet with vendors to obtain project bids/recommendations and deal with billing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field is desirable.
• Must have 5+ years in Breeder management or equivalent experience.
• Must have a high level of initiative and be a self-starter.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational and time management skills.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Must have ability to follow and enforce all company policies.
