Bridge Client Experience Coordinator

Our newly designed Bridge Publications team is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support and improve the client experience for our N2-owned publications. This position involves fostering positive client experiences assisting clients with the collections and billing processes and following standard processes to manage advertisement submissions and deadlines.

In a Typical Day You’ll:

• Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences.

• Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts.

• Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes.

• Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy.

• Efficiently manage multiple deadlines ensuring all ads are prepared and organized.

• Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries.

• Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors residents and fellow team members.

• Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.

To Land This Gig You Need To Have:

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Experience managing multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program.

• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
