Bridge Content Experience Coordinator

Our newly designed Bridge Publications team is looking for a Content Experience Coordinator to generate and manage content for our N2-owned publications. This position involves fostering the reputation of publications among resident readers creating high-quality and engaging product-specific content and managing the content cycle including uploading and proofing content and meeting publication and revision deadlines.

In a Typical Day You’ll:

• Cultivate and build resident relationships and engagement through the content of the publication.

• Generate product-specific content from readers while balancing the overall quality and page count goals of each publication.

• Efficiently manage multiple deadlines ensuring all content is prepared and organized.

• Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to content submissions and queries.

• Proof publications for content quality and accuracy.

• Assist with change requests during the revisions process.

• Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors residents and fellow team members.

• Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.

To Land This Gig You Need To Have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience creating engaging quality content.

• The ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong organization writing and editing skills.

• Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program.

• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
