The Bridge team is looking for a Social Media Strategist who’ll be responsible for overseeing our social media platforms ensuring content aligns with our brand standards and leading our Social Media team toward achieving outstanding results. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing social media channels.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted via video calls. This role is fully remote.

In a Typical Day You’ll:

  • Oversee all social media postings and maintain required records and data to ensure compliance and alignment with our strategic goals.

  • Create compelling and effective social media posts that aligns with our written Social Media Strategy and adheres to company brand standards and best practices.

  • Execute posting schedules meticulously to ensure consistent and timely engagement with our audience.

  • Track and monitor social media activity across platforms to understand its impact and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Generate and submit reports on social media performance insights and trends to senior management as requested.

To Land This Gig You Need:

  • One to five years experience with social media or digital marketing including Facebook and Instagram.

  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Facebook Business Manager and Hubspot) and analytics platforms (preferred but not required).

  • Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work.
