Briostack - Director of Product (Remote, US)

Briostack, an EverPro solution, is seeking a Director of Product Management who will be involved in every aspect of the product delivery process for our SaaS platform. You will work with customers, company leadership and across the organization to ensure that we deliver high quality, engaging, and intuitive products and services to our customers.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that this role requires eligibility to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy discussions, partnering closely with leaders across the business to ensure that customer voices are heard, and needs are met
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables
• Manage product delivery timelines with development organization
• Leverage analytics and data to prioritize initiatives while monitoring user metrics and identifying areas of improvement
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape
• Be a brand ambassador for Briostack and EverCommerce
• Lead and manage the product organization at Briostack
• Identify KPIs to measure and manage campaigns with a focus on iteration and constant improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SaaS and mobile product management experience in an Agile software development environment
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of Product Managers and Product Owners, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
• Solid business analysis and solutioning skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong skills in project and time management
• High levels of analytical horsepower and ability to turn analysis into insight and actions
• Must be comfortable in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work situations
• Strong initiative, keen attention to detail, and complex problem-solving abilities
• Very organized with attention to detail
