Briostack - Senior Account Executive
Job Description
Briostack is looking for a goal-oriented, dependable person to join our sales organization as a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for closing business of medium to enterprise level companies, expanding relationships and building opportunities within an assigned territory. The Senior AE will work with a team of AE's and BDR's to prospect larger deals and create opportunities. We are looking for a Senior AE with a "hunter" mentality that can take ownership of a territory, work well with a team, lead by example and create significant growth.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, though most of the Briostack-focused team sits in Lehi, UT. We would prefer this person to be based in the greater Salt Lake City area. We have a hybrid in-office arrangement, working 2-3 days/week to work in-office. Candidates should be willing to commute to our office in Lehi at least 2x per week. Please note that this role requires eligibility to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and sales opportunities with medium to enterprise level companies within the pest control industry and beyond
- Work with a team of AE's and BDR's to increase marketshare in your assigned territory
- Exceed assigned sales quotas/objectives and build new revenue through the expansion and growth of business relationships with new customers.
- Work with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision and objectives and align our products and services where opportunities exist.
- Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to match solutions with identified needs.
- Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by possessing a full understanding of customers' specific decision-making and purchasing process.
- Expedite the sales cycle by demonstrating superior knowledge of Briostack solutions.
- Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience (SaaS and/or Pest Control Industry preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience and education
- Proven "hunter" background with a track record of continually exceeding quota targets.
- Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close.
- Strong analytical skills that enable the development of complete sales cycle.
- Consultative, solution experience selling software products.
- Independent thinker, with good judgment skills and proven track record in problem solving.
- Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fluid/changing marketplace.
