Broiler Cook

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Broiler Cook to join our team at Innisbrook Resort in KZ3. As a Broiler Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meats, poultry, and seafood using a variety of cooking methods. Your main goal will be to ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet our guests' expectations. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Broiler Cook or similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or certification
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Experience with menu planning and recipe development

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meats, poultry, and seafood using a variety of cooking methods
