Job Description

As a Broker Success Manager at VTS, you’ll be responsible for the success and engagement of our brokerage user community. You’ll work with a variety of clients and users - from entry level leasing coordinators to veteran agency power brokers that truly move the market. 

You’ll work with brokers to show how VTS can provide value in their day-to-day activities in order to help drive engagement, ensuring that our industry-leading platform is a vibrant ecosystem that meets the needs of all personas in commercial real estate.

To thrive in this role, you should have prior experience in commercial real estate with a good understanding of the different roles and the jobs those people perform. You should be a great relationship-builder and communicator that loves working with customers to help drive their success More than just executing a playbook, you’ll help build out the programs that make it easy, fun, and memorable for commercial real estate professionals to understand, enjoy, and fully adopt VTS as part of their everyday life, acting as an evangelist for VTS as an industry-changing organization and platform. 

Here's what you can expect as a Broker Success Manager:

  • Be a trusted point of contact to key stakeholders across your territory to help them maximize the value of the platform
  • Be a champion for the brokerage community at VTS and work closely with a cross-functional group to surface patterns, concerns, and wins to ensure brokers are heard and championed at VTS
  • Train new brokers and facilitate VTS Certification as they get up and running on VTS.
  • Proactively train existing broker users and encourage VTS certification to level up their experience with VTS
  • Develop relationships with leading brokers to source advocacy opportunities like case studies and interviews, crafted in partnership with the VTS marketing team, that amplify the expertise of our users in the market
  • Have strong proficiency on VTS products and services and understand how they can be leveraged to help your users achieve desired outcomes

Pay Transparency
 
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. Base salary is market driven at the point in time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $71,000 to $93,500 and is determined by a few factors including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling and geography.
