The Fellow participating under the Brownstein Fellowship will support Arrow's Global Legal & Compliance team on various legal matters, research, template updates, contract reviews, and other legal duties as may be appropriate for the learning experience. The Fellow is expected to work collaboratively with other interns, and with the Legal, Legal Operations, Compliance, Trade Compliance and Legal Shared Services teams. The Fellow is expected to perform with integrity and a high degree of professionalism. The Fellow may have opportunities to interact and liaise between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, finance, facilities, legal, and other corporate departments), suppliers, vendors and/or customers.
What Are We Looking For?

• Currently a 1L or 2L
• Available to work part-time (30 hours/week) during the summer (Brownstein Fellowship term)
• Adequate WiFi when working remotely
• 3.0 GPA or Higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented mindset
• Quickly learn process of orders, inventory management, and data analysis
• Problem solving - work with management to overcome obstacles within a supplier and makes it transparent to sales team

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
This is a non-Arrow-paid position.
