Job Title: BSA - WFM Specialist
Duration: 12 months (contract)
Location: Beaverton, OR - Remote
Key Skills: Migration from Kronos to Legion, UKG WFM (Work Force Management), Testing: Jira, X-Ray, ALM, Kronos Workforce Central, Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, WIM/ Work Force Integration (this is a module within Kronos); Support Troubleshooting & resolution support; work with Retails and Payroll, Analysis and Communications, Testing; UKG / Kronos Workforce Central (newer product: Dimensions)
Purpose: This job requires the candidate to have experience configuring and testing modules with Kronos WFC and Advanced Scheduling. Our client is migrating from Kronos to Legion.
- Experience in configuring, testing and maintaining time keeping systems like Kronos, Workday, PeopleSoft.
- Develop and test custom WIM software for business and operations users to generate reports;
- Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, specifications and implementation documents;
- Maintain project documentation and Knowledge base articles on confluence;
- Plan, track and manage software development using Jira, communicate progress and work using the Agile Methodology.
- Develop, modify and implement business processes within multiple applications.
- Responsible for understanding business requirements, executing needs analysis, requirements definition, and designing system implementations.
- Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives. Work with users and technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all organization levels as well as outside vendors.
