BTO Regional Program Manager - North America

Job Description:

Royal Canin is looking for a Regional Program Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our North American project teams for the Business Transformation Office (BTO). This role will focus on the large-scale delivery of the EOS Program (aptly named after the Greek Goddess of Dawn), which will completely start anew our Royal Canin business by integrating updates in entirety to our Enterprise, Omnichannel, and Sales sustainability (EOS) platforms / systems.

What are we looking for?

• Graduated from a Business School, or Degree from leading university
• Has professional project management certification (PMP
• 10 years of projects management or business experience
• Programmatic experience in leading large-scale business transformations

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Deliver overall business excellence through the deployment of project management, change management, and continuous improvement to support strategic business objectives and financial goals
• Consolidate business and digital transformation objectives to advise on broader methodologies and tools used by project management team
• Develop and manage the overall roadmap for programmatic business processes, such as organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities to direct reports, assigning project schedules, and identifying resource requirements
• Work in partnership with high visibility senior leadership, including the BTO Regional Director - North America, General Managers, and Market Heads for EU region, to ensure timely deployment of EOS programs and projects
