Salary Range 

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Job Description

The Project Management role for Avenue One will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction on Built-To-Rent portfolios acquired by Avenue One across the country. The project manager will report directly to the Sales Team keeping them apprised of status.

• Plan/manage all phases of construction from initiation to completion
• Help obtain all permits and approvals from respective municipalities
• Collaborate with builders, developers, architects, and engineers
• Verify and approve construction bids and schedules
• Communicate with internal team on any delivery delays or pricing fluctuations
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Negotiating with builders/subcontractors when needed
• Manage several projects simultaneously in multiple markets
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Required travel to different markets & communities for eyes-on projects

Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years of relevant building management experience
• Accounting credentials a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills, and confidence in presenting to executives
• Results-oriented mentality, highly energetic, hands-on, dynamic individual
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Require minimal oversight, complete assignments independently
