We are seeking a BU MEA Portfolio Manager for the Skretting business line, to be responsible for developing MEA-relevant value propositions and delivering solutions in line with the MEA marketing strategy, using product knowledge and expertise.
Location is flexible to be based at one of our Opcos - Boxmeer, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda

About The Role:

• Responsibilities:
  • Provide the Opcos with access to the best solutions to MEA’s unmet customer needs
  • Collaborates with Global Marketing and Innovation teams to deliver solutions addressing local challenges
  • Identifies new business opportunities for products/improvements and plans to maximise.
  • Prepares sales and profit estimates for future products
  • Oversees the roll-out and launch for innovations, customizing launch materials and trainings for Opcos
  • Leads species communities to share knowledge, best practices and innovations within the BU
  • Provides technical support to Opcos, addressing species-specific challenges

Skills and Expertise

• Qualifications:
  • Strong Commercial/Marketing affinity
  • Nutritional/Science based degree related to Aqua
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into commercially viable solutions
  • Team player, able to communicate across functions
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Results and Quality Driven

Expectation from Role:

• Regularly conducts field visits and collaborates with Opcos to capture practical feedback and adjust solutions for greater relevance
• Engages with key accounts, industry forums and other stakeholders to stay in tune with unmet needs and drive product development
