Builder - Office of the CEO (Software)

monday.com is seeking a versatile and hands-on builder to join the Office of the CEOs. In this impactful role, you will help define and drive essential product initiatives in close collaboration with our executive leadership, working to create powerful products that guide the company's strategic direction.

About The Role

As a Builder in the Office of the CEO, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating high-level objectives into innovative products and applications that monitor, influence, and enhance operational and strategic initiatives across the company. This role combines technical development with strategic alignment, enabling you to play a critical part in shaping the tools and data insights used across monday.com. You’ll work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop applications that may eventually become part of our core product.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CEOs and senior leadership to build a shared vision for critical product initiatives that support our operational goals and drive company-wide impact.
• Lead the development process through prototyping, collaborating with top developers and technical leaders in the R&D organization, and serving as a subject matter expert for the Office of the CEO.
• Work closely with engineering, analytics, product, and operations teams to leverage technical resources and support continuous improvement of tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills with a track record of building complete products (client and server) from the ground up.
• A passion for building software that prioritizes an exceptional user experience, with demonstrated skill in data visualization.
• A degree in Computer Science is a plus but not required—talent, expertise, and passion are key.
• Experience with mobile development is advantageous.
