Role Summary: The Bulk Associate will help to remobilize our patients by providing them our products that support their mobility and get them back to doing the things they desire. In this role, the Bulk Associate will be moving inventory around the warehouse that is needed for orders. Productivity and endurance is key - the role is fast-paced to ensure patients are receiving the items they ordered in an timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks by hand
• Pull and palletize product, then put-away
• Stock inventory to picking shelves
• Utilize hand scanners ensure inventory accuracy
• Clean area as part of 5s program
• Be aware of your surroundings- safety is a priority
• Maintain open communication with other departments through the shipping/delivery cycle
• Perform other duties, as required

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent of 2 years of related experience

Work environment | Physical demands:

• Ability and willingness to lift and move at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to unload 30 lb cases from truck for up to 2 hours at a time.
• Ability to walk and be on feet for long durations.
• Ability and willingness to work OT, as required.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with ERP, Oracle, or warehouse software
• Prior standup forklift experience is preferred
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Fluency in English reading and comprehension
