Cloud and Network Services (CNS)

NAM region has a need for a Analytics/Insights expert focused on Nokia Cloud and Network Services Business Applications Services portfolio across the North America market (NAM). Main objective is to develop the Analytics/Insights Nokia CNS Business Applications Services with our customers, as key growth engine in 2022 and beyond.
This position is for a solution Services expert focused on Nokia CNS's Business Applications. This role is focused on NAM accounts.
Main objective is to develop these core Nokia BA Services areas with our customers, as key growth engine in 2022 and beyond. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for handling the Services-aspects working with the solutions presales engineers, transformation projects, and will demonstrate ownership and accountability in supporting customer engagements in Pre-sales phases with competitive services solutions from technical and business point of view.
What you will learn and contribute to
The Customer Solution Architect for Services Presales is responsible for interacting with customers for Analytics/Insights solutions and products. Co-develop operations and business use cases as each relates to a customer's device, SIM, and IOT management
As part of our team, you will:
- Work with customer on their requirements and ensure the Nokia product and delivery teams understand the customer requirements
- Be part of a high performing presales solutioning team finding ways to solve customer's business and operational needs.
- Act as a conduit supporting Nokia virtualized product roadmap directions as it relates to a customer's timeline
Your skills and experience
You have:
- At least 10 years of work experience in Telecoms industry performing Product or Domain System Engineering or Architecture Design, System/Solution Engineering, Low Level Design Engineer, or Lead System Integration
- Experience with digital device, SIM, and IOT management
- Project experience with solutions having multiple integration points
It would be nice if you also had:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge/understanding of operation and maintenance center concepts
- Analytical troubleshooting skills
- Good team player - Ability to work under pressure
