Business Administrative Services Associate

The Sr. Business Services Associate is a position with a wide variety and varying degree of responsibilities, projects, and challenges for those with a passion for problem solving and an inquisitive, creative, solution-oriented mindset. The position manages and assists in an array of responsibilities within the organization and will represent the Company in many ways when working with vendors and visitors. Professionalism and a customer-centric mindset are vital to the position. The role has a far-reaching impact across the organization, a platform for visibility and growth from within, and the potential for interaction with all the Company’s branches within the division. The position reports to the Building Services Manager and is an in office position.

Essential Functions

• Manage ongoing facility service requests and operations including working with vendors and building management on maintenance opportunities for the division.
• Support the ongoing day-to-day operations of the mail room by assisting with all mailing requests for the division.
• Manage and input office supply orders as well as work with vendors on building inventory orders to keep bathrooms and breakrooms stocked.
• Oversee and communicate janitorial needs to the building’s cleaning crews.
• Help manage and provide backup support to the front desk needs and associates when necessary.
• Assist in managing and solutioning employee requests.
• Assist in managing building population trends and needs including, but not limited to, ensuring sufficient workspace, addressing hardware needs, onboarding of new employees, providing for the needs of visitors to the building, and the maintenance of a database and calendar of employee hybrid working schedules and the reporting daily head counts to the Home Office.
• Assist with any event planning including setting up conference rooms for visitors and the coordination regular divisional events and holiday celebrations.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required.
• College Degree or some College preferred, or two or more years of similar professional experience.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs.
