Business Advisor I

This position serves in a support & advisory role to assist management in meeting strategic and operational goals, with a focus on capital management system/database integrity, data gathering, implementation and financial performance. The position is accountable for training internal users to ensure that all aspects of capital projects are being entered into the STRATA system appropriately. The position will also support analytic functions with regards to multi-year budget forecasting for the Montefiore Health System and it's affiliates. In addition, the position provides and perform ad-hoc analyses and other tasks as assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Leadership.

Education/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree. Four years' experience

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Smart View, Infor, STRATA Jazz, P-Suite/GHX)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Financial Modeling experience
- Ability to manipulate data utilizing database management and financial management systems and present in a easy to read format
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train end users on the capital management system
- Proficiency in time management and ability to multi-task
- Comfortability with learning new systems and databases
