Provides analytical insight to the Leadership team as well as other partners within the business. Utilizes standard processes and agreed to policies and methods, to provide high-quality business and financial insight and support services to the business. Develops and maintains key financial budgets and necessary financial information to monitor and measure achievements against targets. Assists the Mgr., Business/Financial Analysis and the VPBO on data analysis to ensure cost-effective structure, process improvements which reduce operating costs, improve profitability and productivity. Participates in major business projects which contribute to business objectives. Interprets and explains information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion, adapts style to differing audiences. Requires strong multicultural awareness to appropriately deliver messages.
