Business Analystics Advisor

The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct technical and analytic support to the Lab by Evernorth. This individual will assume responsibility of Lab servers including the management of upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. The position will be responsible for channel management ensuring content can be readily shared and displayed across the multiple Lab locations and screens. This role will provide onsite technical support of the Audio Visual equipment within the St Louis Lab. They must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting capabilities and strong communication skills. In addition, this role will assist with Market and Client Trend analysis and support data visualization for use in client and stakeholder presentations. This individual should possess a thorough understanding of relational databases, the information warehouse, claims data, and SQL. Experience with JavaScript. HTML, Tableau, X2O, AppSpace is a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical - Server Ownership including managing upgrades, maintenance and ongoing troubleshooting. Onsite AV support of a variety of displays, digital signage, screens, PCs, microphones and speakers. Content management across multiple channels to allow display capabilities across multiple presentation locations

Data Visualization and Analytics - Support data visualization. Develop new reports and analyses with innovative ways to present data in order to identify trends and insights. This requires combining business knowledge and data acumen along with technical (SAS, SQL) skills to efficiently complete these ad-hoc requests. Query data warehouse(s) using variety of tools available. Extract data and manipulate into reports for client both internal and external. Maintain turn-around times per contractual agreements.

Collaboration - Business Analysis, Advisor will need to collaborate with multiple departments across the company including Technology, Marketing, Product Management, Account Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Research, Advanced Analytics, and internal Knowledge Solutions and CRNS areas.

Project management and prioritization - Business Analysis, Advisor will be supporting multiple client visits, projects and initiatives. Business Analysis, Lead Advisor will need to be able to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and negotiate timelines/priority with stakeholders.

Communication - effectively communicate goals, outcomes, direction to all stakeholders including internal employees. Create a unified voice and environment for open dialogue and collaboration. Ability to balance a sense of urgency and poise when tackling onsite challenges.
