In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and product development, ensuring ideas are translated into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of product delivery, helping teams build user-centric solutions that scale. By combining analytical thinking with strong communication skills, you will bring clarity to complex challenges. You will also play a vital role in aligning stakeholders and maintaining consistency throughout the development lifecycle. Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to refine ideas and shape product features aligned with business goals
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation for development teams
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to support product delivery
- Facilitate pre-grooming and grooming sessions to ensure readiness and clarity of backlog items
- Ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements across product, design, and engineering teams
- Support development by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and resolving ambiguities
- Monitor implementation progress to ensure delivered features meet initial requirements and business objectives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead discussions
- Proven experience in documenting requirements in a structured and comprehensive manner
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, and potential risks
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective, well-reasoned solutions
- Experience writing user stories, use cases, and both functional and non-functional requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
- Understanding of product thinking and user-centric design principles
- Experience with modeling and diagramming techniques such as UML or BPMN
