• Provide digital expertise in automation of manual tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and gather business requirements for projects
• Analyze and document requirements, translating complex information into clear and concise documentation
• Support the development and execution of project plans
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimizations and proposing solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective solution design
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of the product
• Document in Confluence and JIRA
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Participate in lifecycle of Product Backlog
• Provide support with risk management, release management and facilitate release planning activities
• Working in cross functional teams
• Test developed solution
• Write SQL queries
• Data manipulation: data mapping and data transformation to extract relevant information from raw data and prepare it for analysis and modeling

• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• 4-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Good communication skills
• Database SQL and BI knowledge
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Attention to details, ability to analyze and synthesizes
• Adaptability to various situations, availability, anticipation and rigor
