As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will provide reporting/analytics in support of the Sales and Account Management Organization. This role will have frequent interaction with Sr. Leaders and be a critical part of the Sales and Renewal processes. Responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements.

How you will make an impact:

• Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
• Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
• Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.
• Support the organization with data analysis, interpretation and preparing presentations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, charts, filtering) and Powerpoint.
• Experience with CRM Tool (Salesforce).
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $56,080 to $100,944
