Business Analyst

Working within the Office of Court Management's (OCM) Department, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Section, is looking for a Business Analyst II with at least three years of experience to support multiple business initiatives in support of the execution of various TRC projects. The position requires a balance of analytical skills, with strong project and task management.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manages complex projects from design and development to production.

Identifies and solves project issues.

Creates data models and written reports

Strong communication (written, presentation and verbal) skills.

Financial Report Writing (SQL), Access DB, PowerBI, Tableau

Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, financial applications

Understanding of Accounting/Finance Principles (Government background preferred)

Analytical/Problem solving background

Someone with a quantifiable history of creating efficiencies using software (time/cost savings as a direct result of independent work)

Focus on data integrity (past validation efforts, very large data sets)

Working with end users to gather and document requirements

Qualifications:

Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Writing, Finance, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of project management or IT Management.

Minimum 2 years' experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred

Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
