Job summary:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and has good knowledge of telecom industry
• Nice to have Telco and/or cable industry CRM domain knowledge
• Business process modeling and user interface/human factors engineering skills
• In-depth understanding of customer needs and the broad impact changes in business environment and industry trends

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advanced communication skills to lead discussions and influence decisions with senior management, partners and customers
• Coaching and mentoring skills, needed to support developers and testers
• Strong interpersonal skills in terms of both oral and written communication
• Ability to work within a dynamic environment highly dependent on operational efficiencies within the billing solution
