Business Analyst

ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Client Insights and Analytics Analyst. Reporting to the Manager of Business Analytics, this role will contribute to the operational and strategic analysis of business opportunities, data integrity initiatives, and client collaboration efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Gather, examine, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources in order to define and diagnose different patterns for data manipulation.
• Prepares and displays charts, graphs, and tables reflecting monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance.Â
• Utilize and create SQL coding to query and manipulate complex data that can be used to automate routine tasks and data reporting.
• Work with clients to understand the data they provide and how that data translates into a common data model that supports driving client business improvement.
• Streamline data reporting to support current growth and improve current processes.Â
• Provide analytical support to Business Analyst Manager to identify areas of opportunity to drive client performance.
• Verify, monitor, and optimize data exchanges between Waystar and our clients
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related quantitative fieldÂ
• 4 to 7 years of experience performing data analysis in a business environmentÂ
•Experience using SQL Server for complex projects and tasks a plusÂ
•Proven experience managing data, including data analysis and problem solvingÂ
•Familiarity with the challenges of data extraction and manipulation of large data setsÂ
•Strong communication skills both written and oral Attention to detail and strong commitment to qualityÂ
