NOV Rig Technologies - Aftermarket is currently recruiting for a Operations Analyst, AM Programs Group to join our team at 5200 N Sam Houston Pkwy W, the main responsibilities of this role include:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the Program KPI Process:- Review Program and established KPI criteria, develop process, establish required metadata and required business system, and generate reports.
  • Understand program success criteria and generate benefit analysis reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams (finance, admin) to analyze monthly financial reports and generate standardized program "health" reports.
  • Work with Regional Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to establish program budgeting metrics
  • Work with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams to review, audit, and improve program CPAs
  • Work with Regional Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to analyze, trend, and report parts usage, overhaul deferment, and other program metrics
  • Provide data for and engage in periodic performance meetings, including steering committees, QBRs, or others.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in a related field desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI tools

  • Able to travel, if required
