Business Analyst

Business Analyst:

• In this role, the Business Analyst will act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process, needs to work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models.
• Participate in all aspects of the product development life cycle from design to deployment
• Work closely with the Project Managers, Product Owner, Stakeholders, and other teams
• Work closely with the product and company leadership teams to deliver innovative, world-class SaaS solutions
• Work closely with customers, ask relevant questions to understand the customer’s need
• Document Use Cases and convert them into functional User Stories
• Work closely with the Design/Creative team and capture functionality in mock-ups/prototypes
• Work closely with the development architecture lead and communicating clear requirements
• Request & Attend Dev Demos prior to deploying to a staging environment to catch any issues
• Perform User Acceptance Testing in a staging environment
• Perform a demonstration of project to customers and document the customer’s feedback
• Document Change Requests and submit for prioritization
• Qualifications:
• Proficiency with SCRUM, Jira, Confluence
• Proficiency in writing Use Cases, User Stories, and Test Cases
• Ability to create workflows
• Demonstrates computer proficiency within a Windows environment
• Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking ability

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a closely related IT field (will accept equivalent foreign Degree).
• Four (4) plus year of experience in data modeling, Business analytics, data warehouse, software engineering or related field.
• Applicants must have extensive professional experience in Power BI, Tableau, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Redshift, S3, Spectrum, SSMS, Macros, SharePoint (Software), Python and SQL (Programming Languages).
