In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and product development, ensuring ideas are translated into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to refine ideas and shape product features aligned with business goals
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation for development teams
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to support product delivery
  • Facilitate pre-grooming and grooming sessions to ensure readiness and clarity of backlog items
  • Ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements across product, design, and engineering teams
  • Support development by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and resolving ambiguities
  • Monitor implementation progress to ensure delivered features meet initial requirements and business objectives
  • Requirements:

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead discussions
    • Proven experience in documenting requirements in a structured and comprehensive manner
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, and potential risks
    • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective, well-reasoned solutions
    • Experience writing user stories, use cases, and both functional and non-functional requirements
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
    • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
    • Understanding of product thinking and user-centric design principles
    • Experience with modeling and diagramming techniques such as UML or BPMN
