We provide top-of-the-line equipment, service, consultation, parts, and training programs to businesses of all sizes throughout PA and NY, and portions of MA, VT, OH, WV, MD, DE, and NJ. What's The Job?

We are searching for aBusiness Analyst to join our York, PA teamwho would be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns. Using data analytics, they will derive logical conclusions and forecasts from implementing strategies that can improve business performance.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
• Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
• Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
• Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
• Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
• Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
• Engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.
• Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project management for selected projects.
• Identify automation opportunities.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Fleet or Power Industrial Truck Industry experience a plus
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skill.
• Strong management and organization skills.
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
