KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage multiple internal customer-facing organizations to develop best practices and current processes that can be leveraged
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Support, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions to ensure integration of the voice of the customer feedback into internal operations and processes
- Develop and publish KPIs that the business can utilize to gauge performance
- Create both reoccurring and ad-hoc executive-facing presentations
- Support the Sales Operations Lead in both identifying and analyzing opportunities
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Data analysis and visualization experience (Tableau or Power BI preferred)
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Financial modeling
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Experience with pricing, availability, technical escalations, transportation, logistics, and quoting processes
- Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously as well as with internal teams to solve problems
- Focused on results and outcomes
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a sense of urgency
- Follow-up and follow-through skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, e.g.).
- Demonstrated ability and desire to recognize and implement process improvements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
