We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The Business Analyst (BA) will be a valued member of the ARIES PMO. They will work as part of a larger team providing Program/Project Management Office (PMO) services - including project management, business process analysis and improvement, business system analysis, and organizational change management - for the DHS Enterprise.

Job Responsibilities Include:

The Business Analyst (BA) will be a valued member of the ARIES PMO. They will work as part of a larger team providing Program/Project Management Office (PMO) services - including project management, business process analysis and improvement, business system analysis, and organizational change management - for the DHS Enterprise. They will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables, providing support for the team while developing the skills necessary to advance along the business and IT consulting career path. In collaboration with other NTT DATA Government Consulting and Advisory (GCA) consultants, the selected candidate will work as part of the project team to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects to help the client achieve organizational goals.

Other responsibilities of this position include: • Builds relationships with clients to ensure service levels are being met.• Interact with state clients acting as a key liaison between business and other project stakeholders.• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that are strategically and operationally impactful.• Facilitate discussions amongst multiple business and/or technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding.• Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements with minimal guidance.• Document business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements.• Provide project support to Project Manager, Project Team and Management. • Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with management, state clients and peers. • Assist with the creation of presentations and other materials.• Facilitate meetings and provide follow-up documentation/support.• Attend project and status meetings.

Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years work experience in Business Analyst role/capacity• Minimum 5 years meeting facilitation and meeting minute documentation experience • Undergraduate degree in business, health care, information systems or related field or 4 years additional relevant experience

Preferred Skills:• Minimum 1 year of experience developing training materials and presenting end user training • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting State Medicaid Programs• Minimum 3 years of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources• Certified Business Analyst Preferred
