About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Business Analyst oversees our CRM systems, processes, and procedures. This position will maintain our current CRM integrations and build improvements to streamline automations. The Business Analyst will meet with internal customers, management and determine applications and automations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee CRM Automations, enhancing procedures to meet the changing needs of a rapid growing business.
• Stay up to date on new software and providing tech guidance with Senior Leadership.
• Develops, implements, and maintains systems and procedures for Onboarding CRM.
• Assists with data analysis of the CRM, providing KPIs for multiple departments.
• Assists data analysis team with over KPI reporting for external customers.
• Attend meetings with internal customers, understand business needs and turn into automated process.

Requirements

• 3 years of JavaScript experience
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills
• 2 years of experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot
• Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
• SaaS integrations experience
• Experience with reporting tools and presenting to Senior Leadership
• Ability to train end users on new automation procedures
• Decompose systems into diagrams and work/decisions flows

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
• 3- 5 years related experience and/or training

Compensation: $95-115k
