Business Analyst

Our Business Analysts play an extremely critical role in the company by supporting the Product team. They are the change makers, problem solvers, questioners, facilitators and the bridge between users/stakeholders and the scrum.

Business Analysts will support the Product Manager and work closely with the Agile Scrum teams helping them to prioritize their workload, report team progress to our business partners as well as organizing and leading periodic product demos.

You won't be just another drone at Payzer.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Breaking down larger initiatives into smaller actionable units of work
• Detailing requirements per stakeholders needs and expectations
• Obtain estimates from technology team
• Clarify the details of requirements and remove blockers
• Conduct and provide impact analysis for changes
• Work with the Product Manager on the sprint execution
