Business Analyst

10+ Yrs of Business Systems Analyst experience in Wealth and/or Asset management Domain with understanding of trading and settlement of Equity, Derivatives, Fixed income, and Mutual Fund both from OTC as well as exchange traded. Good knowledge of option liquidation and option hedging strategies.

Has worked on Trading or Wealth Management front office implementations and has knowledge of interfaces with mid and back office

Clear Understanding of Financial Analysis, Risk Modelling and Risk Management from a wealth management perspective

Responsible for providing inputs to client based on the overall Impact assessment for designing the To-Be Solutions (L0/L1/L2/L3 levels).

Be proactive and able to work independently with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative with Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills

Should have working experience on Application Modernization Programs.

Worked with On-Shore -Offshore Execution Model.

Agile Experience is a mandatory skill.

Should be able to convert Technical Specifications in the User Stories.

Technical Understanding should include and not limited to COBOL, DB2, SQL, JCL, FILE AID.

Exposure to tools like SSIS, SSRS and SSAS

Well Versed with UX Wireframes and UI Integrations React JS

Client Relationship

Manage relationships with the client teams during engagement

Work with client to determine business and functional needs per expectations.

Understand client requirements and help develop strategic and tactical approach for the Functional & System Requirement while coordinating with cross-functional team
