What we’re looking for

As a Business Analyst at Massive Rocket the individual is responsible for facilitating communication between clients and Massive Rocket teams by capturing maintaining and disseminating business and system requirements.

The role involves supporting the sales process and project discovery phases by establishing connections with key stakeholders and consolidating their input into a cohesive understanding of project objectives.

Throughout the project lifecycle the Business Analyst will maintain and refine this understanding ensuring a single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders regarding project requirements.

Additionally the Business Analyst will provide ongoing support to Massive Rocket teams by translating business and system requirements into use cases user stories and workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze requirements from clients through interviews workshops and other requirement gathering exercises.

• Structure and document client requirements in a clear and accessible format using tools such as Asana Jira and Confluence.

• Act as a liaison between clients and project teams ensuring both parties are aligned on project requirements.

• Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure everyone is informed and equipped to meet project requirements.

• Apply Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes incorporating best practices in Agile and project documentation.

• Work closely with technical teams to integrate Braze with customer applications ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• At least 2 years of experience working directly with clients in a business analysis or product management role.

• Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear actionable requirements.

• Experience working in an Agile environment with a solid understanding of the scrum framework.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana with desirable skills in Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge and experience in digital consumer engagement marketing automation ideally with experience in technologies such as Braze Snowflake Segment and mParticle.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
