Business Analyst - Project Management

Job Description:• Projects purchasing needs by compiling data for all sales efforts and comparing against historical usage, current usage and on-hand inventory.• Monitors actual usage and on-hand physical inventory counts against on-line inventory system and projections for usage.• Key and verify inventory usage.• Communicates and coordinates with management and customer service concerning projections, inventory needs, new set-ups and reject issues.• Interfaces with other departments answering questions on inventory or job status including alert notifications.• Issues purchase orders and change orders.• Monitors delivery dates against inventory usage.• Maintains appropriate files and records.• May participate in new business meetings or proposal presentations.• Conducts research and analyses of customer needs and requirements.• Conducts analyses of competitor products and services.• May be responsible for customer contact relative to regular account servicing and/or informing them of additional services.• Performs other duties as assigned.
