Sentara Health Plan is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team!
This is full time position located in Glen Allen, VA
**This position is hybrid position -required to be onsite 2 days a week.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree level degree
Experience in lieu of education
2 years' of related experience requied
Experience with MCO (Managed care organization) is preferred.
Proficiency with Excel is preferred.
Job Summary:
Designs, produces and analyzes reporting data. Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects. Utilizes knowledge of numerous databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business. Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems
