Job Details:

• Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize, and receive formal signoffs from approvers.
• Communicate with the business community on functional design options and costs using the appropriate level of detail.
• Run effective meetings with cross functional teams encouraging participation from all attendees.
• Data mapping from source to new target for the systems in scope.
• Document of the existing sources from other analyst in collaboration.
• Identify issues, document issue log for remediation. Assign severity rating and impact to issues.
• Work closely with and support business, program, and project manager in the execution of key priorities, including by assisting in the management.
• Work, collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation.
• Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.
• Manage changes to requirements and baseline through a change control process.
• Utilizes standard processes, design, and testing tools throughout project development life cycle.
• Work closely with the business teams, operations, and various technology teams to facilitate a common understanding of requirements and priorities across all areas.
• Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications.
• Provide testing support to system and UAT testers by providing the nitty-gritty of the business functionality of the product.
• Interpretation of the COBOL logic in business terminology and prepare the logical mapping document.
• Understand the source & target system and perform gap assessment at each sprint of the project.
• Provide training to the end-users on new loan charge-off system and available dashboards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with data analysis knowledge.
• Understanding of the Banking industry produce, especially the loan charge-off process and its lifecycle is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and other visualization tools
• Hands on knowledge on data profiling and analysis using SQL queries and MS SQL Server database.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data Analysis capabilities (Database or Spreadsheet), with extensive experience using SQL, Excel, or any other tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience interacting extensively with stakeholders from business and technology.
• Demonstrate initiative - a self-starter who accepts challenges with strong sense of ownership and accountability requiring minimal direction.
• Ability to explain domain concepts to technology stakeholders (developers, QA etc.).
• Should be available to work in offshore-onsite model.
