Sentara Health Plan is hiring for a Business Analyst.

This is a Full-Time position, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!

Job Responsibilities

This position is on the RFP/Proposal Team. This individual will be responsible for business operations and analysis related to proposal development including competitive positioning; opportunity tracking; and managing structure of content management library, project management software, production software, and digital asset management software functionality.

This individual will focus on implementing RFP response best practices by standardizing and automating processes. They will write and update policies and procedures and train, support, and enable proposal team members.

In addition to the skills in the job listing, the ideal candidate will have experience in Asana, Box, Qvidian, and Fiery or similar software in addition to Microsoft products (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams). They should be able to distill complex topics into consumable information for Sales and Proposal team members. They should be detail-oriented, thorough, resourceful, and collaborative.

Job Requirements:

• Required to have a Bachelor's degree
• Preferred to have experience in Asana
• Preferred to have experience in Box
• Preferred to have experience in Qvidian
• Preferred to have experience in Fiery

Preferred Requirements

• Preferred to have background in Project Management and or procurement

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $61,239.36 to $88,146.24 annually with a target hiring range of $61,239.36 to $73,469.76.
