We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

Overview of job:
The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of team manager, she/he will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables. In collaboration with other NTT DATA GCA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state business staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key system changes, projects, and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals.

• Review project artifacts/deliverables throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, document observations and findings using project team processes and standards • Develop and present formal presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members, making applicable recommendations• Interface with state business users and vendors• Attend project and status meetings• Identify and report project issues and risks• Research and provide recommendations to the client on business problems/decisions• Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable• Ensure that project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable• Analyze technical, business and user needs, developing requirements documentation • Develop and execute test cases• Participate and/or lead in the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training• Evaluates user requirements for one or more specialized business applications and translates those needs into defined test plans and test cases for testing purposes
Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting or developing Health Care systems• Minimum 2 years of experience with elicitation and verification of business or technical requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Medicaid program or business operations including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) • Minimum 1 year experience conducting reviews of system development life cycle documentation and project management principles • Undergraduate degree or 4 years relevant experience

Preferred Skills:• Experience translating Federal and State regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams • Experience supporting one or more state Medicaid Programs/MMIS• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources• Experience with multiple test strategies and environments such as Systems Integration, Regression and User Acceptance Testing
For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation
for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role
is $72,000-105,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work
location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
