The Role

We are looking for a business-centric individual to help shape Medely’s internal operations by providing direct support to process improvement and standardization initiatives within Business Intelligence. The Business Analyst will work closely with our Assignment Operations, Clinical Operations, Business Operations, Trust & Safety and Compliance teams to tackle varying business challenges that impact our people, process, and technology. Our ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a collaborative problem solver, who enjoys breaking down complex issues and creating high-value solutions.

What you will do:

  • Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders

  • Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.

  • Contributes to departmental resources to educate internal customers and promote the Business Intelligence team’s work.

  • Research new technologies or methodologies that could increase efficiencies or improve the current day departmental processes. 

What we require:

  • 2+ years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis, program management or related work experience. 

  • College diploma or university degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field.

  • Must have experience using SQL.

  • Business Intelligence Visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, etc) experience is a plus

  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Experience in an agile project management environment. 

The estimated compensation for this role is: $70,470- $78,300
