Your Role and Responsibilities
The Cloud GTM Deal Desk role will provide billing support and oversight on the contractual obligations between IBM Cloud and Kyndryl.
In this role the Cloud GTM Deal Desk focal will work closely with IBM Worldwide Pricing CIO/Sprint billing team Cloud Business Office (CBO) Finance and Q2C to ensure billing accuracy monthly cloud account transparency and discount accuracy as per the Kyndryl Amendment with IBM Cloud.
This position requires in depth knowledge or our IBM Cloud IaaS and PaaS offerings configurations and components. In depth knowledge of CFTS contract registration and SPRINT/CFTS/iERP billing is a plus.
Additionally this role will assist Kyndryl with:

• Category level pricing implementation
• Cloud account management
• Discount accuracy
• Purchase Order funding for One-year and Three-year commitments with Q2C.
• Monitoring Cloud Accounts consumption
• Cloud Backlog reduction working with Finance and Q2C
• Monthly issuing of Cloud Promo Credits as defined in the Kyndryl contract
• Managing Fixed price configurations
• Managing the Migration Acceleration program
• Application of Promo Code credits in SLIC IMS accounts – requires manual intervention. Review account check what discounts are applied
• Calculation of the incremental Promo Credit on all Three year commitments.
• Reconciliation reporting
• Knowledge of the Support arrangement between IBM and Kyndryl.
• Providing updates to Kyndryl Procurement regarding status of disputes missing PO’s Credits

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Requires familiarity with and experience working with Q2C around processes from order to invoice to revenue.
• Understanding IBM Cloud and or Cloud Consumption.
• Experience with Data analysis and pricing.
• Financial Root Cause analysis around billing discounting product consumption.
• Familiarity with CFTS contract set up and billing.
