Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented & motivated business analyst to join AppCloud development team. This role will be responsible for collecting & analyzing requirements for APPCloud products, and ensure seamless integration with upstream & downstream.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders （product owner, solution architecture etc.) to gather requirements, align priorities, define dependencies and deliver solutions that meet requirements
• Manage product backlog, define user stories, prioritize features, clarify requirements & design throughout entire delivery process
• Collaborate with upstream & downstream to ensure effective communication and successful integration
• Manage product roadmap in an agile development environment, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze user data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

• 5+ years of working experience as Business Analyst, preferably in the mobile app or backend microservices space.
• Strong technical foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, API design principles, data models，and common integration patterns.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Understanding of mobile app development workflows, user experience principles, and common integration challenges.
• Working experience in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban), with a strong understanding of user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data visualization) to extract insights from user data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
